My unreleased music from the 90s is generally "music with beats". It was in 1999 into 2000 when I discovered my passion for ambient music. I don't know why I decided to use beats instead of a fast-paced sequenced synthline, but here it is: Rare Altus with beats.

StillStream Organbient Challenge #3 - November 2005
The challenge was to create some real "ambient" music. Since I didn't have a microphone handy, I used the film Tron instead. Every bit of audio in this track was sampled from that film, and I was pleasantly surprised with the end result.

StillStream Organbient Challenge #2 - November 2005
We were given a recording of an old audio reel to incorporate into a track. Again, I cheated a bit and re-worked parts from an unreleased track from The Elements: Fire written in 2002.

Ambient Collective - December 2006
When I was 12 years old, my parents were tired of living in the city and decided to move out to the country. While it turned out to be a bad decision (we moved back to our old neighbourhood a year later), I have fond memories of exploring the countryside.

Ambient Collective - March 2007
An interesting experiment led by the founder of the Ambient Collective (Bluejooz). The end of the first track was sent to the next artist in line to continue the piece, resulting in a 71 minute track composed by 12 artists.

Drone Download Project (Dark Duck) - September 2006
A very slow moving track with ghostly female vocals. I'm very happy how this track turned out.

7. [ 4:18 ]  Night People
Ambient Collective - August 2006
I had been listening to a lot of Phrozenlight when writing this track. There's no question that the influence is there.
